Policies Website Purchase Policy Because we are a consignment store, we typically have only ONE of each item available. Consequently, if an item has been sold in our showroom, but then is also purchased by an online customer before we have had an opportunity to mark the item as sold on our website, the customer who made the purchase in our showroom will get the item. Of course, any payments that have been accepted from an online customer for products that are no longer available because of a prior sale in the showroom, will be fully refunded. We do update our website at least three times a day, in order to minimize the likelihood of this happening. Customer Payments Deja Vu accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Shipping Purchased items are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday. Your location and shipping method will determine when your package arrives. We can ship, first class (depending on weight), priority mail, express mail through USPS for both U.S. and international customers. You can choose which option is right for you during checkout. Appropriate shipping charges, based on total order weight, destination, and shipping option chosen, will be automatically be added to your order total during checkout. The above shipping rates calculated does not include insurance. If you would like to have your shipment insured, please contact us for rates. We reserve the right to add cost of insurance to your order total and bill you accordingly. Consignment Deja Vu Consignment Boutique, is one of Westchester's best kept secrets. Located in Tarrytown, NY, our upscale, premier, designer re-sale shop is geared towards fashion conscious men and women who want to dress like royalty on a commoner's budget. Our Passion is Fashion! We accept Only Current Season, new or gently worn, designer items which must be in pristine condition and showroom ready (Clean, no tears/rips, wrinkle free). Every item must be two years old or less, unless vintage couture. We always accept Chanel, Vuitton, and Hermes, year round, any color/style, TOP DOLLAR PAID! No appointment necessary. Just come in with or ship your current season, showroom ready, designer items. (If you need to ship your items to us, please complete and submit this form before you do so) Consignment rate is always 50/50. Items sold in any given month will be paid after the 15th of the following month. All checks are accompanied by a detailed invoice listing the items that were sold, date of sale, and amount of sale. The consignment contract is for 3 months. First month items will be sold at full consignment price. Second month items will be reduced by 20%. Third month items will be reduced by 50%. At the end of the contract period, it is the consigner's responsibility to arrange for pickup of any unsold items. All items not claimed at the end of the consignment period, become property of Deja Vu to be disposed of as deemed appropriate. Returns Deja Vu guarantees the authenticity of every item sold.
