Q. What kinds of items do you accept for consignment?

A. New or gently worn, showroom ready (Clean, no tears/rips, wrinkle free). Two years old or less unless vintage couture and must be current season. We always accept Chanel, Vuitton, and Hermes, year round, any color/style, TOP DOLLAR PAID!
Q. Do I need an appointment to consign?

A. No appointment necessary. Just come in with or ship your current season, showroom ready, designer items.
Q. How much profit will I make?

A. When the selling price of each item is decided, you will receive 50% of the profit. After 1 month if your item doesn't sell, the item will be marked down 20% percent. After 2 months of not selling it will be marked down to 50%. After 3 months your contract expires and it is your responsibility to contact the boutique and we will decide if you would like your item on clearance, or returned to you at your expense,
Q. How will I know when my items are sold?

A. After the 15th of the following month of every item sold, you will receive a check with a detailed list, of what sold, how much it sold for and when it sold.
Q. Can I donate my profit?

A. YES! You can opt to have your profit sent to the charitable organization of your choice. (ex March of Dimes, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Cancer Society etc.) and you will receive a copy of the check as well as the detailed itemized listing of the items sold.
Q. Where will my item be sold?

A. We will decide on the best way to sell your item whether it be in our boutique or on the website, or both. Once you send us your item, we will decide if it is an item that we have a market for. If not, It will be sent back at the consignor's expense. You can also take a picture of your item and email it to us at
orders@dejavu-consignment.com. That way we can get a better idea of what your item looks like and if we will sell it.
Q. Are the items I buy new?
A. Some are items are new, some have been gently used. If the item is new this will be included in the description.
Q. Can I return items that I have purchased?
A. We guarantee the authenticity of all items we sell. Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final.
Q. What sizes do you carry?
A. Clothing: For Women: Size 0-24W; Shoes: Size 5-11
Q. How much am I saving from retail?
A. Your savings could be from 35-80% off retail.
Q. When are you open?
A. We are open 7 days per week. Mon-Sat 11-6 ET, Sundays 12-5 ET
