IMPORTANT: If you have an item(s) you would like
to consign, but you are not able to bring it/them in
to our boutique in person, you can also ship them to
us. However, before you do so, you must complete the
form below. When you have entered all of the
information, click on the submit button. After one
of our staff reviews your request we will contact
you to let you know which item/s Deja Vu will
accept. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS UNTIL WE
SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION. Then just ship your
